Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation - open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with the applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan to access company's mobile app
- Physically able to walk long distances, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using personal vehicle with trailer
- Use the company's mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs while working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure trash collection standards are met
- Follow safety protocols and use provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Adhere to scheduled evening shifts and maintain reliable attendance
