- Reliable transportation with open bed pickup truck or vehicle capable of hauling a trailer
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with employee listed as covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with employee listed as covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to use a smartphone app for logging service details
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Able to walk long distances and climb stairs several times per shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within apartment communities
- Transport collected waste to on site trash compactors using personal vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs to ensure thorough collection
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain safety standards by using gloves, vests, and gear provided
- Communicate non compliance issues through the app
