Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation open bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer is required
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan for company app use
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan to use the company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
- Walk the property climbing stairs working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of assigned areas
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Report any service issues or resident concerns promptly
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
