Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U S with proof required upon hire
Smartphone with a data plan to use the company mobile app
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all types of weather

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required
Ability to use smartphone apps proficiently
Good physical conditioning to perform active tasks
Strong sense of reliability and responsibility
Effective communication skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within apartment communities and transport them to on site trash compactors using a truck or vehicle with a trailer
Use the company mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non compliance photos
Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Maintain safety protocols by wearing provided gloves and vests
Report any issues or non compliance observed during service
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Participate in continuous training and adhere to company policies
