Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation including open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
Smartphone with a data plan to use company mobile app
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather and around bagged trash and waste

Job Qualifications

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and walking long distances
Comfortable working outdoors and around bagged trash and waste

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
Use company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property and climb stairs as part of daily rounds
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Maintain a high level of reliability and punctuality
Follow safety protocols including use of provided gloves, vests, and gear
