Job Requirements

Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
At least 18 years old
Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
Smartphone with a data plan
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Capability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan to operate the mobile app
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs
Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
Use the company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property and climb stairs as necessary during shifts
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ensure compliance with safety standards by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
Communicate professionally with residents and property management as needed.
