Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation including an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with trailer
Valid driver's license
Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Smartphone with a data plan
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Physically able to walk long distances and climb stairs regularly

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
Use company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Lift and carry bags of trash weighing up to 50 pounds
Follow safety protocols and use provided gloves, vests, and gear
Report any issues or non-compliance observed during service
Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule as per assigned evening shifts
