Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with coverage
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
- Able to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and outdoor elements
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof
- Smartphone with a data plan to use mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Good physical stamina for walking and climbing stairs
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using a personal truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk property extensively including climbing stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards by wearing provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate service observations and issues effectively
- Abide by company policies and procedures
