Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. proof required upon hire
Smartphone with a data plan
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all types of weather

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to use a smartphone and mobile app
Physically able to walk long distances climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation consisting of an open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Good communication and time management skills

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
Use the companys mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
Walk the property and climb stairs while performing duties
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ensure safe handling and transportation of trash and recycling
Follow company policies and procedures related to service valets
Report any issues or incidents encountered during service
