Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. proof required upon hire
Smartphone with a data plan to use company mobile app
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during shift
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof of eligibility
Experience using smartphones and mobile apps
Ability to perform physical activity such as walking long distances and climbing stairs
Reliable transportation vehicle such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
Use company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ensure trash is collected regularly without heavy lifting of bulk items or off-site driving
Maintain safety protocols by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any service issues
Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold community cleanliness standards
