Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Valid driver's license
Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof
Smartphone with a data plan
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Valid driver's license
Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Smartphone with a data plan to use the company mobile app
Customer service or related experience is a plus
Ability to operate personal vehicle and trailer safely

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
Use the company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned property area
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding service issues
Adhere to safety protocols and use provided gloves, vests, and gear
Report any maintenance or service concerns promptly
