Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with candidate listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with required proof upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the mobile app
- Physical ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Capability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times each shift
- Comfortable working outdoors around bagged trash and waste
- Willingness to work evening shifts Sunday through Thursday
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with the candidate listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan to operate the company's mobile app
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Physically able to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company's mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property climbing stairs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure safety by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate any compliance issues through app and follow company policies
- Maintain consistent schedule during evening shifts, typically Sunday-Thursday
- Provide reliable service to help keep apartment communities clean and welcoming
