Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use our mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs multiple times during shifts
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use our companys mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property climb stairs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment within assigned apartment communities
- Follow safety protocols and use provided gloves vests and gear
- Report any issues or non-compliance observed during service
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
