Job Requirements

Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
At least 18 years old
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
Smartphone with a data plan to use the company’s mobile app
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs repeatedly
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all types of weather

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan to access and utilize the company’s mobile app
Comfortable handling bagged trash and waste
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walk long distances, and climb stairs repeatedly during shifts
Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
Use the company’s mobile app on your smartphone to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ensure timely and efficient trash collection during evening shifts
Follow safety protocols by wearing provided gloves, vests, and gear
Communicate with management regarding any issues or non-compliance observed during service
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with residents and team members
