- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance preferred
- Personal vehicle with trailer preferred

Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs while working outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols and use provided gear such as gloves and vests
- Maintain cleanliness standards within assigned apartment communities
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members as needed
- Report any issues or non-compliance encountered during service rounds
