- Possession of a reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ownership of a smartphone with active data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Physical capability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Willingness to work evening shifts outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with open-bed pickup truck or vehicle capable of towing trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof
- Proficient in using a smartphone with data plan for mobile app use
- Ability to perform physically active tasks including walking and stair climbing
- Comfortable working with trash and waste outdoors
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps
- Transport collected waste to on-site trash compactor using personal vehicle
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, and tracking
- Document non-compliance by taking photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs during service shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain safety by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
