Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Valid driver's license and auto insurance with coverage
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Smartphone with data plan for mobile app use
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in a physically active role preferred
Ability to use smartphone apps for logging work activity
Strong attention to detail
Good time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport to on-site trash compactor using personal vehicle with trailer
Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property and climb stairs as necessary
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Follow safety protocols and wear provided protective gear
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Maintain consistent scheduling and reliable attendance
