Job Requirements

Reliable transportation, open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer required
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Smartphone with data plan
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
At least 18 years old

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities using a personal truck or vehicle with trailer
Transport collected bags to the on-site trash compactor
Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property and climb stairs as needed during shifts
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Follow safety protocols including wearing provided gloves, vests, and gear
Maintain cleanliness and contribute to residents' community experience
