Job Requirements

Reliable transportation in the form of an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
Possession of a valid driver’s license
Active auto insurance listing you as a covered driver
Authorization to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
Ability to lift and carry weight up to 50 lbs
Smartphone with a data plan to use the company’s mobile app
Physical capability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during shifts

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license
Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Basic smartphone proficiency to use the mobile app

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents’ doorsteps within the apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
Use the company’s mobile app on your smartphone to log service details such as arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property and climb stairs to perform service tasks throughout the community
Work outdoors in various weather conditions to maintain cleanliness and service quality
Comply with safety protocols and wear provided gloves, vests, and gear during service
Maintain reliable transportation including an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer for hauling trash
Report any issues or non-compliance observations as required by company guidelines
