Job Requirements

Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Valid driver’s license
Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof
Smartphone with a data plan to use the company’s mobile app
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all types of weather

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
Experience using smartphones and mobile apps
Ability to work part-time evening shifts
Comfortable working outdoors and in physically active roles
Good communication skills for logging service details and reporting issues

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
Use the company’s mobile app on your smartphone to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property and climb stairs as part of daily duties
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Handle bagged trash and waste safely and hygienically
Follow safety protocols by wearing the provided gloves, vests, and gear
Maintain reliable transportation and timely attendance for assigned shifts
