- Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to walk long distances and climb stairs during a shift
- Comfortable working outdoors and around bagged trash and waste

- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan to use our mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Good physical stamina for walking and climbing stairs
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use our company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure all assigned trash collection routes are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with residents and team members
- Follow safety protocols and use provided safety gear such as gloves and vests
- Report any issues or non-compliance to supervisors promptly
