Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation with open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
Valid driver's license and auto insurance with applicant listed as covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Smartphone with data plan to use company mobile app
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities and transport them to on-site trash compactors using personal truck or vehicle with trailer
Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking and non-compliance photos
Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines by wearing provided gloves, vests and gear
Communicate effectively with property management and customers regarding service issues
Maintain cleanliness and order of work area during shifts
Report any maintenance or service issues observed during rounds
