Job Requirements

Personal and reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof of eligibility
Access to a smartphone with a data plan
At least 18 years old
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Physically able to walk long distances and climb stairs
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear provided gear

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years old
Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan for the company's mobile app
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Capable of walking long distances and climbing stairs multiple times during a shift
Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
Able to work outdoors in all types of weather

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
Use our company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Follow safety protocols including wearing gloves, vests, and appropriate gear
Communicate with team members and management as needed
Maintain cleanliness and order around the trash compactor area
Report any issues or concerns observed during service rounds
