- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan for mobile app use
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Physical stamina for walking and climbing stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof of eligibility
- Smartphone with a data plan capable of running the company’s mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
- Physically able to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Previous experience with hands-on, physically active jobs preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps using your pickup truck or trailer
- Transport collected waste to the on-site trash compactor
- Use a mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and photographing compliance issues
- Walk the property and climb stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within assigned apartment communities
- Adhere to safety protocols using provided gloves, vests, and gear
