Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with the applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan capable of running company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to handle bagged trash and waste
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Experience with physical labor or cleaning roles preferred
- Ability to use smartphone applications effectively
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company’s mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and prompt trash removal to keep apartment communities clean and welcoming
- Ensure safety by wearing provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report issues or concerns
- Follow company policies and procedures during all service activities
