- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company’s mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during shifts
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Valid driver���s license and auto insurance
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Experience using smartphone apps or willingness to learn
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs during shifts
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company’s mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions as part of the job
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding service updates and issues
- Follow safety protocols and use provided gear such as gloves, vests, and other protective equipment
- Ensure punctuality and reliability in attending assigned shifts
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and service equipment
