Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs during shifts
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the mobile app
- Prior experience in physically active roles preferred but not required
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use our company’s mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs regularly while working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness standards in assigned apartment communities by following company protocols
- Ensure safety by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Report any issues or obstacles encountered during the service to management
- Communicate effectively with team members and residents to support smooth operations
