Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation such as an open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U S with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan to use company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation such as an open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U S with proof required upon hire
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile apps
- Physically fit to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
- Walk the property climb stairs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of collection areas
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear provided gloves vests and gear
- Report any issues or non compliant residents through app promptly
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient service delivery
