Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation by open-bed pickup truck or vehicle that can haul a trailer
- Ability to work evening shifts Sunday through Thursday
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform physically active duties including walking, stair climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Smartphone with data plan
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs repeatedly during shifts
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities and transport them to on-site trash compactors using a truck or trailer
- Use company's mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols by wearing provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Maintain consistent attendance and reliable service schedules
- Communicate effectively with team members and property management
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for trash collection
