Job Requirements

at least 18 years old
authorized to work in the u.s. proof required upon hire
smartphone with data plan
ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
able to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
personal pickup truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name preferred

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in waste collection or related field is a plus
ability to use a smartphone and mobile applications
strong physical fitness and stamina
good communication and teamwork skills
valid driver's license and current auto insurance preferred

Job Duties

collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
walk the property, climb stairs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
maintain cleanliness and appearance of apartment community
follow safety protocols and wear provided protective gear
communicate with team members and supervisors regarding service updates
ensure timely completion of assigned routes
