Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Proficient with smartphones and able to use mobile apps
- Good physical condition to handle walking long distances and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work evening shifts Sunday through Thursday
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company’s mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure safety protocols are followed by wearing supplied gloves, vests, and gear
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas during shifts
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors about service issues
- Report any non-compliance or service disruptions through app documentation
