Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with employee listed as covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with data plan to use company’s mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license

- Own a personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Smartphone with data plan to use company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs multiple times per shift
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities using personal open-bed pickup trucks or trailer-equipped vehicles
- Transport collected waste to on-site trash compactors
- Use company mobile app on smartphones to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Adhere to safety protocols using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for apartment residents
