Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation with open-bed pickup truck or vehicle equipped with a trailer
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Willingness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan to operate the company's mobile app
- Good physical condition capable of walking long distances and climbing stairs
- Familiarity with basic vehicle operation and trailer hauling
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using a personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs regularly during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols by wearing provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Maintain communication with supervisors about service issues or roadblocks
- Report any service non-compliance or issues through the mobile app
