Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance listing you as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Comfortable handling bagged trash and waste
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation including an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with the applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs
- Willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities using an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer
- Transport collected waste to on-site trash compactors without off-site driving or dumping
- Use the company’s mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs as needed during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Follow safety protocols including wearing gloves, vests, and provided gear
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism while representing the company in apartment communities
