Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with coverage as listed driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using personal truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company's mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Adhere to safety protocols by wearing provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Communicate effectively with property management and team members to ensure service quality
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas
- Report any service issues or community concerns through the app
