Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation with an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof provided upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Experience with mobile applications preferred
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities using a personal vehicle or trailer
- Transport collected trash to on-site compactors without heavy lifting bulk items
- Use the company mobile app to log arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property extensively and climb stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Follow safety protocols including use of provided gloves, vests, and gear
