Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs repeatedly
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications

- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Familiarity with smartphone apps
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance preferred
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs frequently
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to on-site trash compactor
- Log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos using company mobile app
- Walk the property and climb stairs multiple times during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Use safety gear provided including gloves and vests
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned apartment community areas
- Follow safety and company policies at all times
