Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation including open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with coverage
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with active data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation including open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with coverage
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with active data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail when logging service data on mobile app
- Good physical stamina to walk and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Basic communication skills
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities and transport them to on-site trash compactors using personal truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure safety by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Report any issues or non-compliance to supervisors
