- At least 18 years old
- Reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with applicant listed as covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Comfortable handling bagged trash and waste
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with applicant listed as covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to use a smartphone with mobile data to operate company app
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs repeatedly
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within apartment communities
- Transport collected waste to on-site trash compactors using an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use company mobile app to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk extensively on property and climb stairs multiple times during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Utilize company provided safety gear such as gloves and vests
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned apartment communities
