Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation an open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U S proof required upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation such as an open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid drivers license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U S with proof upon hire
- Ability to use a smartphone with data plan to operate mobile app
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Capable of walking long distances and climbing stairs multiple times during shifts
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the companys mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs to perform trash collection tasks
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions to complete assigned duties
- Ensure timely and consistent trash collection according to schedule
- Communicate any service issues or resident concerns to supervisors
- Wear safety gear provided such as gloves and vests during all operations
