- Personal and reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years old
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and walk long distances

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs during shifts
- Capable of working outdoors in all types of weather
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company mobile app
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use our company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained within assigned apartment communities
- Communicate effectively with residents and management to address service issues
- Follow all safety protocols including wearing gloves, vests, and provided gear
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
