Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation including an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorization to work in the U.S. with proof provided upon hiring
- Ownership of a smartphone with active data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Capacity to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times per shift
- Comfort with working outdoors in all weather conditions around bagged trash and waste
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with applicant listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan
- Physically capable of walking long distances, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation either an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle capable of hauling a trailer
- Basic proficiency with mobile app technology for service logging
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using a personal vehicle with trailer
- Use mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property including climbing stairs and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned apartment communities
- Follow safety protocols and wear provided protective gear such as gloves and vests
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and complete assigned routes efficiently
