Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license
- auto insurance with candidate listed as covered driver
- authorized to work in the U.S.
- reliable transportation in the form of an open bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- smartphone with data plan
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- comfortable working with bagged trash and waste
- able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license

- smartphone with data plan to use company mobile app
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk long distances
- able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within apartment communities using a truck or vehicle with trailer
- transport collected materials to on site trash compactor
- use company mobile app to log arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
- walk property and climb stairs during shifts
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- maintain safety by using provided gloves vests and gear
- ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environment in apartment communities
