Job Requirements

Reliable transportation in the form of an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle capable of hauling a trailer
Valid driver's license and auto insurance covering the applicant
Must be at least 18 years old
Authorization to work in the United States
Smartphone with active data plan
Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work evening shifts typically Sunday through Thursday

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport them to on-site trash compactors using a personal vehicle with trailer
Use the company mobile app to log arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
Walk the property and climb stairs as part of daily rounds
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper waste disposal in apartment communities
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Adhere to safety protocols and wear provided safety gear
