- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs repeatedly during shifts
- Comfortable handling bagged trash and waste
- Valid driver’s license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company’s mobile app

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using a truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company’s mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property extensively and climb stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain safety by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Engage with the community to help keep the environment clean and welcoming
- Report any issues or anomalies encountered during collection
