Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation: open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire)
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company's mobile app
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Experience using smartphone apps for job-related tasks preferred
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and work independently
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
- Physical ability to perform active, outdoor work including walking and lifting up to 50 lbs
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs, and perform physically active tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure trash collection complies with community standards and safety regulations
- Communicate any issues or non-compliance observed during collection to management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicle and equipment used during service
- Follow safety protocols by wearing provided gloves, vests, and gear
