Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift
- own a smartphone with a data plan
- ability to work evening shifts typically Sunday through Thursday
- comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- authorized to work in the U.S with proof upon hire
- valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
- personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- authorized to work in the U.S
- experience with mobile apps or willingness to learn
- ability to perform physical activities including walking and lifting
- basic communication skills
- dependable and punctual
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred
- personal vehicle with trailer preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within apartment communities
- transport collected waste to on-site trash compactors
- use company mobile app to log service details including arrival and departure times and non-compliance photos
- perform physical tasks including walking the property and climbing stairs
- work outdoors in various weather conditions
- follow safety protocols using provided gloves vests and gear
- communicate effectively with team members and property management
