- authorized to work in the u s proof required upon hire
- smartphone with data plan to use mobile app
- personal pick up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- valid driver s license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- ability to walk long distances and climb stairs several times during a shift
- comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- able to work outdoors in all types of weather

Job Duties
- collect trash and recycling bags from residents doorsteps within apartment community and transport them to on site trash compactor
- use company mobile app on smartphone to log service details including arrival departure tracking and non compliance photos
- walk the property climb stairs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- lift and carry trash bags up to 50 lbs
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards at collection points
- communicate effectively with residents and supervisors
- adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
