- Authorized to work in the u.s.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather

- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan
- Comfortable with physical activity including walking long distances and climbing stairs
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance preferred
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transport to on-site trash compactor
- Use company mobile app to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property and climb stairs during shifts
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and use provided safety gear
- Communicate effectively with team and management as needed
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in apartment communities
