Job Requirements

- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smartphone with a data plan
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs
- Comfort working around bagged trash and waste
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred
- Personal vehicle with trailer preferred
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Ability to use a smartphone with a data plan for app usage
- Personal pick-up truck or vehicle with trailer preferred
- Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance in your name preferred
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor
- Use the company’s mobile app on a smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climb stairs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned apartment communities
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment provided by the company
- Communicate effectively with residents and property management
- Report any issues or concerns encountered during service rounds
